Two Masters
This painting is a self portrait by Geoff, following one of the most creatively introspective periods of his life. No longer submitting to the invasive thoughts of "but it's not fan art" and allowing himself the freedom to muse over the other creative inspirations of his life. This piece is an exploration of the incessant tug of war that occurs within artists when they monetize their gifts, and the desperate heart-checks that happen when the battle becomes suffocating.
"No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money."
Matthew 6:24
Size: 18x24” and 11x14"
Giclée printed on archival polar matte paper.
Signed by the artist - Geoff Pascual
To ensure maximum print life; display artwork in a frame behind glass/plastic and away from direct sunlight. (See framing recommendations here.)

Each piece represents a snapshot in time of the level of craftsmanship put into my paintings. Throughout my 10+ year journey with the watercolor medium, I am still picking up new materials and techniques to push my work towards more visually impactful horizons.
